BOARD POLICY

A full-time regular employee is one who has been employed, under specific guidelines, on a full-time basis.

GUIDELINES

1. A full-time professional person is one who has been employed on a full-time basis.
2. A full-time classified person is one who has been employed, on contract for the school year or on a twelve month basis, who works a minimum of seven (7) hours per day each working day of the contract period.
3. Bus drivers who work (5) hours per day each working day of the contract period shall be considered full-time regular employees.
4. Classified employees hired before January 1, 1981, who work a minimum of (4) hours per day each working day in the contract period shall be considered full-time regular employees.
