In the Jeep community, it is an honor to be gifted a small rubber duck. They are left on the vehicle for the owner when they return. Many of them proudly display them on their dashboard. They are recognized for an act of kindness or for JUST HAVING A STELLAR JEEP. We have stellar Jeeps (employees) in our district.
You can nominate any employee for anything noteworthy. It may be for going the extra mile, an act of kindness, being an amazing mentor, etc... Any employee can be recognized. Don't forget about our TA's, Secretaries, Food Service, Bus Drivers, Administrators, Custodians, Sweepers, Librarians, District Staff, Maintenance Workers, Tech Team, Teachers, etc.... The list goes on.
Each person nominated will receive a rubber duck to proudly display and will be entered into a drawing for a prize each month. O'Dee and Rena will make a visit to deliver your nomination, Lucky Duck and any prizes. We hope you line your space with rubber ducks. We are LUCKY DUCKS to have you working at NSSD.
