DISTRICT POLICY

It is expected that each student will achieve a prescribed level of competency in each class prior to the advancement to the next higher level or graduation.

GUIDELINES

1. The high school competency testing program shall be in compliance with the Utah State Board of Education rules and regulations.
2. It is recommended that levels of competency be established for each grade level.
