DISTRICT POLICY
School board meetings shall be open to the public unless an executive session is required.
GUIDELINES
Public notice of all school board meetings shall comply with the law.
Executive sessions shall be called in accordance with the law.
Written minutes shall be kept of all open meetings. Such minutes shall include:

The minutes are public records and shall be available within a reasonable time after the meeting.
All or any part of an open meeting may be recorded by any person in attendance; provided, the recording does not interfere with the conduct of the meeting.
