FREE AND REDUCED PRICE MEAL APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Your student(s) may qualify for free or reduced price meals. You must complete a new application each school year. Applications for Free and Reduced price meals are available online through our safe and secure SchoolForms Online System. Following are the steps to complete the online application:
Step 1: Navigate to our PowerSchool Parent Sign-in website at https://ps.nsanpete.org and sign into your account. If you do not have a PowerSchool account or need assistance accessing your account, please contact the school secretary or Amanda Morley at our district office at 435-462-2485.
Step 2: On the left menu click “Online Registration”.
Step 3: Click on Free and Reduced Lunch Application. Complete the application and submit form. Once you access the application, there is an instructions link at the top of the page if you need additional help.
Step 4: Wait for notification. You will receive a letter within one week of submission from North Sanpete School District verifying the status of your application.
