DISTRICT POLICY

Adequate records shall be maintained for the efficient management of the schools.

GUIDELINES

1. Close coordination shall be maintained with state personnel so that accurate information is stored and available for retrieval.
2. The personnel of the district shall be responsible to provide accurate base data that is to be entered in to the computer.
3. The Clerk/Treasurer shall be responsible for all financial data.
4. The Assistant Administrator/Operations shall be responsible for all statistical data.
