Subject: Bonding

BOARD POLICY

It is the policy of the North Sanpete Board of Education to issue bonds for the purpose of raising money for purchasing school sites or for building or purchasing one or more school houses and supplying the same with furniture and necessary apparatus or for improving of the school property under its charge.

When in the judgment of the Board of Education, it is necessary to incur a bonded indebtedness, then the Board of Education may cause the proposition to incur and create such indebtedness to be submitted to a vote of such qualified electors in such manner and subject to such conditions as is provided by the Utah Municipal Bond Act.
