BOARD POLICY
In order to comply with Utah law, Child Abuse or Neglect Reporting Requirements Utah Code §62A-4a-403(1) and Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting by School Personnel R277-401, it is the policy of
the North Sanpete School District Board of Education that any school employee that has reason to believe that a child's health or welfare has been or appears to have been harmed as
a result of abuse, neglect or trafficking, shall personally report consistent with the
procedures herein adopted.
