NORTH SANPETE SCHOOL DISTRICT FOOD SERVICE
Dear Parent/Guardian:
North Sanpete School District Food Service has a procedure in place for refunding school meal funds. If you are
needing a refund for any reason, please know that if you paid your meal balance by check there is a 30-day waiting
period before funds can be refunded to you to ensure that the check has cleared the bank. If you are leaving the
district, we will mail a refund check to you. We can also transfer funds to another family member at any school if
needed.
If you would like a refund, please complete, and send the attached Request for Refund or Transfer form to
karen.seely@nsanpete.org. You may also mail the form or deliver it to our district office (Mon–Fri 8am to 4pm) at
the address listed on the bottom of this page. Checks will be mailed to the address you provide on the form.
