BOARD POLICY
It shall be the policy of the Board of Education to conform to and comply with all statutes, rules and regulations pertaining to the State of Utah, and the State Board of Education. All such regulations. are hereby made a part of the Board's policies.

Any policy adopted by the Board which is in conflict with Statutes or State Board of Education Rules and Regulations is hereby nullified.
